Booking and reservation
Booking of a tour shall be done via email, fax or phone. In the high season (October to March) booking should be made as early as possible, or at least more than one month before arrival, especially when you are requesting the popular (first class) hotel accommodations.

Payment
Once we confirm the booking of all hotels, flights, etc. we will ask for the full payment by bank transfer. You can pay us in US$ or equivalent Thai Baht terms. Bank transfer charges at your side shall be paid yourselves. For certain special cases we may accept payment in US$ or Thai Baht cash on arrival.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation policy largely depends on the cancellation policies of service providers we use for your tour. Since the airlines and the various hotels have different policies, we will mention the cancellation policy tour by tour when we finalise the program. Usually cancellation must be made more than 21 days before arrival to avoid any charges by the hotels. We ourselves may charge you small administration fee which shall be informed you upon confirmation of the tour program.

Disclaimer
We "Khamla Tours and Guest House" serves as a intermediary between providers of accommodations, transport services, guidance and other facilities. Therefore we can not be held responsible for any loss, damage, injury, accident which may happen during these tours. Also additional expenses due to delay, accident, natural disaster, political unrest, etc. are to be born by the tourist. Due to the changing situation in various places, the tour prices can be changed without prior notice or even during the tour. Participating in our tour implies the tourist's acceptance of the above conditions.

Travel accident insurance
At this time we do not have a proper system of accident insurance in Laos. Therefore we ask you to purchase the international travel accident insurance in your place. If you use our partner (based in Thailand) to arrange your travel in south east asian countries they should be able to purchase accident insurance covering the whole south east asia.
